Psorcast 1.1.1

This research aims to address the significant uncertainties faced by individuals living with psoriatic disease. Patients frequently express concerns about the timing and durability of treatment responses, as well as the risk of developing psoriatic arthritis. The Psorcast application has been developed as a tool to monitor symptoms and their fluctuations between clinical visits. By compiling and analyzing a comprehensive open-source dataset, the project seeks to facilitate predictions related to treatment efficacy and disease progression, including the onset of arthritis. The initiative is conducted collaboratively by non-profit organizations Sage Bionetworks and PPACMAN (Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Clinics Multi-center Advancement Network). These entities have established the pre-competitive Psorcast Consortium with support from industry partners—Novartis, UCB, Pfizer, and Janssen—who provide funding and strategic partnership.
